On the next few pages we would like to introduce ourselves to you and convey a first impression of our company, our real estate developments and our range of services.
The ABG Group of Companies has operated successfully in real estate development for more than 40 years. With offices in Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin we build sophisticated property projects and complex refurbishments of existing buildings as investor or co-investor throughout Germany. We concentrate on good and very good locations in the major German cities. Here we have carried out a volume of investment of around € 4 billion in the last few years. Our well-known successes include significant high-rise buildings in Frankfurt (e.g. Skyper, Garden Tower, Allianz Tower), well-known buildings in Berlin (e.g. on Pariser Platz, in Wilhelmstrasse and in Friedrichstrasse), high-quality office properties in Munich and the complex revitalisation of the Sprinkenhof building in Hamburg.
Currently we are building the Ericusspitze development in HafenCity, Hamburg and also the extension of the ENDO Clinic. This new field of business is a joint venture with the Damp Clinic Group for the development and operation of healthcare properties.
