Certificate award of the environment gold medal for the Ericus-Contor
on the 5th October, 2010 at 15:00 o'clock in the exhibition stand

The German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) distinguishes the Ericus-Contor with the environment standard "gold" on the real-estate business fair Expo Real in Munch. The Certificate with the environment standard "gold" distinguishes a building which corresponds with it to the highest ecological demands. Overall the Ericus-Contor has approx. 18.000 ms ² office  and retail space (gif) as well as 215 parking spaces in the underground parking. The completion of the Ericus-Contor is common with the new building for the SPIEGEL group which is also established on the Ericusspitze, sheduled for the second quarter in 2011.
