With around 60 experienced members of staff we are in a position to cover or to control the whole range of services in the property life cycle from the planning through to the management of the existing building. Core competence areas include particularly real estate development and the revitalisation of sophisticated office and commercial properties, and also buildings used in the healthcare industry.
Of major importance in the understanding of the ABG Group is our own financial commitment in the projects; the ABG is present (except with contracts for services) always as a genuine investor or co-investor.
